These terms outline the conditions for using our web development services and establish a clear understanding between us and our clients.

- All work is performed as an independent contractor relationship
- Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement
- Typical payment structure: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion for small projects
- Larger projects may use milestone-based payments (25% increments)
- Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees
- Project timelines are estimates based on scope and complexity
- Delays caused by client feedback or content provision may extend timelines
- We strive to meet all agreed deadlines and communicate any potential delays
- Rush projects may incur additional fees for expedited delivery
- Client owns all custom code and content created specifically for their project
- We retain rights to general methodologies, techniques, and reusable components
- Third-party libraries and frameworks remain under their respective licenses
- Client must have rights to all content and materials they provide
Scope of Work
Each project begins with a detailed scope of work that outlines:
- Project objectives and deliverables
- Technical specifications and requirements
- Timeline and milestone schedule
- Payment terms and project cost
Client Responsibilities
To ensure project success, clients are responsible for:
- • Providing all necessary content, images, and materials
- • Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed
- • Timely review and approval of deliverables
- • Prompt response to project-related communications
- • Clear feedback and change requests
- • Availability for scheduled meetings and reviews
Revisions & Changes
We understand that projects may evolve during development:
- Minor revisions within the original scope are included
- Major changes or additions may require scope adjustment
- All changes are documented and approved before implementation
- Additional work is billed at agreed hourly rates
Warranties & Support
We stand behind our work and provide:
Free bug fixes and minor adjustments for 30 days after project completion.
Optional maintenance and support packages available for long-term care.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice:
- Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
- All project files and code are delivered upon final payment
- Confidentiality obligations continue after termination
